Naomi Watts' son hospitalised

Naomi Watts and Liev Schrieber's son was briefly hospitalised this week after suffering respiratory problems.

The star couple's 21-month-old son Sasha was taken to hospital, where he stayed overnight, and was released on Wednesday morning.

'Sasha got home today and is feeling much better after being hospitalised on Tuesday night with respiratory problems,' Schreiber's rep, Ina Treciokas, told People magazine.

So Liev had a very good reason for missing the X-Men Origins: Wolverine premiere, in which he plays Sabretooth – he immediately jumped on a plane from LA to New York to be by his family's side when he heard of the illness.
