Inside Jessica Alba's 28th birthday party

Jessica Alba turned 28 this weekend, and celebrated with a fab, 80s-themed bash.

The mother-of-one, and her husband, Cash Warren, had 50 friends over to celebrate the big day, and insisted everyone dressed up.

Stars including comedienne Sarah Silverman and actress Rosario Dawson towed the party line, wearing neon shellsuits, crazy shoulderpads and stone-wash denim from top-to-toe. (Sound familiar? Ah, that would be our trend round-up from the autumn/winter catwalk shows, too.)

The menu was in slightly better taste, with a Mexican smorgasbord of fajitas, rice and beans for guests to nibble on, washed down with plenty of Cazadores mojitos. Yum.
