The Hills stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt said ‘I do’ for a second time this weekend in a full-on white wedding ceremony in California.

The young couple celebrated their wedding day twice after eloping five months ago to marry in an intimate ceremony in Mexico.

And this time round the wedding fanfare was in full swing with around 200 guests invited to witness the happy couple exchange their vows.

Dressed in a full-length strapless gown, which the bride described as ‘like a swan princess’, Heidi accessorized with Neil Lane jewellery, including a decorative pear-shaped diamond floral chain necklace, diamond earrings and hairpins.

The reality TV star arrived at the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena in a grand white Rolls Royce to watch a plane fly overhead, writing ‘Spencer loves Heidi’ in the sky, before walking down the aisle.

The groom kept it simple in a smart black suit and tie, and, of course, stopped to sign autographs for eager fans outside the church.

Despite the usual wedding day preparation, Heidi still had time to update her Twitter status, posting messages like: ‘This is going to be the best day of my life,’ and ‘thank you God for Spencer’.

After the nuptials, the happy couple popped back to their Beverly Wilshire Hotel suite so Heidi could swap her traditional gown for a shorter white party dress, before heading to their reception at the glamorous lounge club Social Hollywood to sip on margaritas and snack on tuna tartare canapés.

One source told People magazine: ‘Heidi and Spencer seemed so happy to celebrate with their family and friends. The newlyweds snuck kisses at any chance that they got.’
