Amy Winehouse loses £5 million

Amy Winehouse, Elton John and Robbie Williams are just a few of the stars who've lost millions in the credit crunch.
A clutch of Britain's top music stars have lost up to a quarter of their fortunes in the last year because of the recession.
Amy Winehouse saw her bank balance lose £5 million in weight, while Elton John's value has plummeted from £238 million to £175 million.
Robbie Williams has also felt the harsh economic bite, losing £25 million of his £105 million fortune.
The biggest losers were those who had a lot of money tied up in property of shares – both of which have been hit hard by the recession, says Ian Coxon, who revealed the figures after compiling the top 50 music millionaires as part of the Sunday Times Rich List.
Sir Paul McCartney is included in the group, with falling investment values – and an expensive divorce – chopping £60 million off his net worth.
Best get back in the recording studios, hey guys? Although, we're sure they've got enough to see them through...

Do we actually really care how many millions celebrities are losing? At least they've still got millions when all us "normal" folks are struggling to buy dinner. Sickening
