Salma Hayek's second wedding in Italy

It seems Uma Thurman is not the only one who may be getting hitched this weekend – Salma Hayek has also planned to tie the knot, in Italy.

The gorgeous actress and her too-rich-to-count hubby François-Henri Pinault got married in a low-key ceremony at the 6th Arrondisement City Hall in Paris on Valentine's Day this year.

But Antonio Banderas let slip that the pair are planning a second nuptials by revealing at a press conference in Spain that he would join his wife Melanie Griffiths in Venice this weekend for Salma's wedding.

Another A-lister expected to head to Italy to watch Salma walk down the aisle is her good friend Penelope Cruz.

According to the Spanish edition of People magazine, the celebration will kick off with a rehearsal dinner on Friday, followed by a wedding ceremony on Saturday at the Palazzo Grassi, a white marble palace built in 1748-1772 and owned by the Pinault family since 2005.

The home has particular sentimental value for the couple, as it's where they first met when François threw a gala party there in 2006.

And Salma believes there's nothing more important than family, too: 'I think a wedding is about love, friends, family and fun.'

Italy is Nice places for wedding . There is just something so romantic about Italy. It is the wine, the food, the ambience, and above all, the warmth and passion of the Italians. Having a destination wedding in Italy would be truly incredible.Weddings are a very big deal in Italy.
