Halle Berry is set to shave off her gorgeous locks – for a role in her latest movie.

The actress – who pioneered the cute crop long before Victoria Beckham had thought of it – is so stunningly beautiful, she may well be able to carry it off.

But that doesn’t mean she's not terrified.

It's unlikely she'll be doing a a Demi Moore (shaving it off for real), and more likely she'll be pulling a Cameron Diaz (using a fake skull cap).

But, either way, she's nervous.

'I’m scared to death,' she admitted.

'I just hope my reaction fits into the story. If it’s uncontrollable screaming, it might be a different type of movie.'

The actress is lined up for a role in Nappily Ever After – a romcom about a woman who gets fed up of waiting for her boyfriend to propose, so she dumps him, only to become incensed when he starts dating another woman.
