Heidi Klum pregnant?

Heidi Klum is pregnant with her fourth child, according to leaked reports from the US.

According to In Touch Weekly, the Project Runway host's wardrobe plans gave the game away.

A source explained: 'Sketches leaked online of her in redesigned couture gowns to make room for a bump, but were quickly taken down.'

If the rumours are true, it would be the fourth child for Heidi and her hubby Seal, who have two children together - Henry, 3, and Johan, 2 – and the singer is also the adoptive father of Heidi's daughter, Leni, almost 5.

Seal was seen as a knight in shining armour when he started dating Heidi in early 2004 while she was pregnant with Formula 1 mogul Flavio Briatore's child [Leni].

On the day she announced her pregnancy, Flavio was photographed kissing jewellery heiress Fiona Swarovski.

Heidi and Flavio split up soon after, leaving Heidi free to meet her 'soulmate' Seal.

The supermodel is hoping to announce her happy news soon, according to the source, who added:

'She plans to announce her pregnancy when she wears the dress [from the leaked photos] to the event.'
