Coles to renew vows in Dubai?

He's got some making up to do, and Ashley Cole is reportedly set to get back in Cheryl Cole's good books by whisking her off to Dubai to renew their wedding vows.

The England footie star plans to take Cheryl, 25, to the spot in the desert where he proposed in 2005.

And he won't turn up empty-handed. The 28-year-old is reportedly in the market for a new, expensive ring to present to the Girl Aloud at the plush Al Mahra resort.

The Chelsea ace is hoping the gesture will help draw a line under allegations he slept with hairdresser Aimee Walton, which nearly destroyed his marriage last year.

A source told The Sun: 'Ashley is setting the scene to renew his vows with Cheryl.

'He has been planning to do something special this summer to prove their relationship is back to how it was.

'It has been difficult to find a date. His football commitments and her diary only allow for a four-day break.'
