Desperate Housewives star Nicolette Sheridan is accused of stealing items worth $30,000 on her last day of filming the hit TV series.

Nicolette, who plays sultry Edie Britt, is accused of taking items including a flat-screen TV and chandeliers from her trailer on set.

A source told The National Enquirer magazine that the actress left on her final day of filming with more than a farewell card.

'She sure went out with a bang!' says the source.

Nicolette, 45, finished filming her role in the Emmy award-winning series after five years on 6 March.

She is accused of taking a flat-screen TV, a mattress, pillows, a sofa, pots and dishes, and even chandeliers from her designer trailer.

'When producers showed up the following Monday, they were shocked. Nicolette’s trailer was virtually empty,' the source added.

A spokesman for the star admits that she cleared out her trailer before she left, but insists all the items belonged to Nicolette.

Perhaps this is yet another mystery to be solved on Wisteria Lane…?
