PICS: Britney's sizzling Circus tour

Britney Spears hit the stage in New Orleans last night for the first performance in her new world tour.

Showing off a killer body, in a series of X-rated costumes which would make even Madonna blush, Britney lip-synched her way through all her hits (no live singing here, unfortunately), including old classics and new singles from her current album, Circus.

Definitely for over 18s only, the show included male dancers dressed in leather bondage outfits, Britney in a PVC bodysuit and even the star pole-dancing.

The Pussycat Dolls opened for Britney at the New Orleans Arena, before the star of the night appeared in a show master-minded by Kylie Minogue's tour director, Jamie King, who staged the whole concert in the round, ensuring there wasn't a bad seat in the house.

GO BRIT BRAT! Who cares if she lip sync's... she always has with the exception of her ballots. We all know this but pay to see her show and her total performance - lets face it she puts on a great show with dancers and props!
