Roll up, roll up! Britney Spears' Circus tour starts next Tuesday, and it's set to be quite a spectacle.

Illusionist, Ed Alonzo, the tour's resident magician, has given a behind-the-scenes peek at what's in store, and the comeback star is clearly pulling out all the stops for her long-awaited return to the stage.

'There are three giant (circus) rings with unbelievable things hanging in the air and flying around,' Alonzo described to People.

And Britney will be getting in on the magical action, playing a magicians' assistant, 'She's incorporated into major illusions. She'll do dissection, where she's sawed in half, and transposition, where she's in one place and ends up in another place' he divulged.

As for the costumes, and Dsquared are currently putting the finishing touches on the tour wardrobe, which will include reinterpretations of clowns, trapeze artists and jugglers for Spears and her posse of dancers.

Speaking to WWD, the designers raved, 'We are enormous fans of Britney, and have been waiting for the perfect moment to collaborate with her. It's going to be wild.'

I love Britney, but I don't know how she's getting away with copying Christina Aguilera with the circus theme!
