Coleen: ‘I want to be a full time mum of four’

Coleen Rooney is ready to settle down and have children – at the tender age of 22.

The WAG has revealed she doesn’t intend to continue working when she starts her brood with Wayne and wants to dedicate her time entirely to a four-strong offspring.

Currently presenting ITV2’s show Coleen’s Real Women, the 22-year-old insists that her public image is not at the forefront of her mind anymore and it is a family with Wayne that is top of her list of priorities.

The pair tied the knot in a rainy Portofino, Italy, last June and honeymooned on a yacht in Sardinia.

‘TV is time-consuming and a commitment and I’m a real homebird,’ says the Liverpudlian. ‘I don’t like to be away from Wayne and my family too much. I’m not mega ambitious.’

She added: ‘I would like to have a family - maybe three or four children and I would be happy to be a full-time mum. I do enjoy my work but I'd be happy when we do have children to just get on with that.’

Coleen’s preference to drop the money deals and make babies instead could be a costly one, however (although with Wayne’s £90,000 a week at Manchester United, it’s a drop in the ocean).

The WAG currently pockets £41,667 a month for a monthly column in OK! Magazine and £13,000 for every episode of her TV show.

Perhaps it’s the knowledge that she’s worth an estimated £10 million that gives Coleeen the safety net to start expanding the Rooney family…
