She looks like what she is - a run-of-the-mill female pop performer. Being female she has to 'look good' and be 'sexy' or she won't get signed. Singing talent in modern pop music is secondary to appearances and being gobby. Not to suggest that no female pop stars can't sing because the best ones can e.g. Carey, Aguilera, Anastasia, et al. but they are all 'photogenic' as well and wear very little on stage.
