Either John Mayer and Jennifer Aniston have split again – or the singer's been a naughty boy.

The star was reportedly spotted on a 'date' with a beautiful blonde woman at Marix Tex Mex restaurant in Santa Monica on Wednesday.

'They were obviously on a date,' an insider told In Touch magazine. 'He came in with her another time, too, and I've seen them out together.'

The snitch added: 'He gave her a long kiss before they left.

'John has been here six times in the last two weeks but never with Jen.'

Doesn't sound good for the Mayer-Aniston match.

John, 31, and Jen, 39, split last August after dating for a few months, but found it hard to separate and rekindled their romance in October.

The couple were spotted having dinner at Il Mulino in NY and then, over the New Year, they were seen holidaying in Cabo San Lucas together.
