Amy Winehouse: I won't let Blake divorce me

Amy Winehouse has reportedly stated that she won't let husband Blake Fielder-Civil go ahead with his plans to divorce her.

Blake recently instructed a lawyer to file for divorce after pics of Amy cavorting with another man while on holiday in St. Lucia were printed in the press.

But the singer has vowed to fight the papers.

She told The Sun: 'I still love my Blake. I won't let him divorce me.'

And explaining her recent behavior that has seen her hanging out with rugby player-turned-actor Josh Bowman, Winehouse, 25, says that doesn't mean she is not going to have 'some fun' and a 'good time'.

Winehouse says she can't let Blake go because 'he is just like me'.

'Blake is the male version of me. We're perfect for each other. I don't want to go back home to England. I want to wait for Blake here,' she says.

The Back to Black singer also revealed she has not been 'doing drugs' and, speaking of Bowman, she added: 'Josh was lovely. But it was a holiday thing. I've got my Blake.'

But despite Amy's insistence her marriage will not come to an end, Blake's mum, Georgette Civil, has other ideas.

'It will go through this time, it will go ahead,' she insists.
