Winehouse hit with divorce papers

It was only a matter of time, and now the inevitable has officially happened: Blake Fielder civil has filed for divorce from Amy Winehouse.

Blake’s lawyer, Henri Brandman, says Blake instructed him to launch the divorce action on the grounds of Amy’s alleged adultery.

The singer herself recently admitted to the News of the World that she has fallen in love again – and not with hubby Blake.

The star jetted to St. Lucia before Christmas – and the holiday has reportedly been life-changing.

Amy says it has saved her from her drug-fuelled hell, and introduced her to new fresh-faced lover, Josh Bowman.

She told a reporter: ‘He (Josh) couldn’t be more different from my husband, which is not a bad thing. Blake looks like me, a right mess.

‘But Josh is all handsome and clean and that’s what I love about him… I’m just here on my own, happy and having a good time with Josh. I’ll deal with Blake when I get back. But our whole marriage was based on doing drugs.’

She continued: ‘Before I came out here I looked at a photo of myself in the newspaper and was horrified.

‘My skin was a spotty mess and I was so pale and skinny. I thought to myself, “Girl, you got to sort yourself out or you’ll be dead soon”.

‘I was depressed, doing drugs and had no life in me at all. Coming here has changed everything. We’re having a great time together along with all Josh’s family and friends and I just don’t want the holiday to end.’

Especially now she knows what’s waiting on her doormat.

Who cares??There's plenty going on here to worry about a bit part singer like Amy!!! I haven't bought a single tune of hers, I haven't downloaded anything of hers, I just don't care!!! But what I hate most is newsreel of her pretending to sing whilst high on drugs, or recounting more dope stories of her! Giving space to a redundant entertainer who's had it easy all her life!! Maybe she should try being a parent who's lost his job, his home and his hope!!! Do us a favour Amy - stay on holiday and keep away from our shore - and another thing, how come someone like her can go on holiday and be allowed to leave the country given her drug history???? How's that for justice???
