Robbie: I want to rejoin Take That

Robbie Williams has admitted that he would love to rejoin Take That on the back of their recent success.

Having stayed out of the limelight for the past two years and with what some might argue, an ailing career on his hands, Robbie has revealed he would love to revamp his image by joining Gary, Mark, Jason and Howard back on stage.

Rumours surfaced in the past few weeks that Robbie, who has been living Stateside for the last five years, wanted to get back on the band wagon, and now he has given the biggest suggestion yet that it may become a reality with an emotional outpouring on his Inner Sanctum website.

'I'm over the moon for the boys,' he writes. 'I'm really proud. I love the new album too – haven't stopped listening to it. I'd love to be in the band again but I've got some unfinished business of my own.'

Robbie admitted he had met up regularly with his ex-band mates this summer and old conflicts between them had been laid to rest.

'I'm very pleased to say the differences we've had have just melted away,' he said. 'We had a lot of serious chats. Everything we had problems with each other about just boils down to one thing - victims of circumstance.'

He added: 'After they left I felt like a ton of bricks had been removed from my shoulders. We’d put right what an awful lot of other broken bands fail to do.'

The 34-year-old celebrated his peace-making with the boys by…having the band's symbol tattooed on his arm, of course.

The final proof that Robbie looks set to relive his 90s days as a band boy came when he forked out a whopping £7million on a new country mansion back in Britain. Although the singer plans to use this as a base to promote his new album next year, it would also make the perfect pad to spring from for any Take That tour dates…so watch this space TT fans.

Stef, you forgot a bit,

"now that they're doing so well".......and he's not !

He's a washed-up, has-been who's abused drink and drugs, just the sort or person you'd want in your band as you make it big again.....not !
