Is Jennifer Aniston about to make a big announcement? The actress was spotted introducing her boyfriend John Mayer to her father for the first time.

The Friends star took musician John out for dinner with her dad, John Aniston, in Beverly Hills.

Jen's dad, 75, brought his second wife, Sherry Rooney, and another older couple along for company – and to make sure John felt as uncomfortable as possible!

'When Jen hit the powder room, John charmingly asked the table, 'How am I doing?. Everyone laughed, then Jen's stepmum said, 'Should we get our score cards out? Like on Dancing with the Stars?',' a spy tells Star Magazine.

But it seems John, 31,managed high scores from Jennifer’s family.

'Jen’s dad seemed very impressed with John and the two got on real well,' adds the source.

Jennifer and John also appeared to getting on very well, constantly touching each other throughout the dinner.

'They couldn't keep their hands off each other. Jen was constantly rubbing his hair and John was rubbing her back, then every so often they would steal a kiss. They both looked very happy and very much in love,' says the source.

We hope Jen has found happiness with John – and then has triplets just to show a certain Ms Angelina Jolie!
