She's a bit young to start a career, but Suri Cruise has just received her first award as the world's most influential toddler.

The daughter of Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise came top in a new list of A-list kids put together by Forbes.

Suri, 2, nudged Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's first biological baby, Shiloh, also 2, into second place.

But Brad and Angie's brood featured heavily in the list, with Zahara, 3, in third place and Pax, 4, in fourth.

Forbes, famous for compiling celebrity rich lists, looked at the public awareness and column inches written about more than 50 celebrity toddlers.

'Suri's first place ranking on the list comes from strong performances across the board,' explains a Forbes spokesman.

'She earned the top spot for public awareness, received more blog mentions than any other Tinseltown kiddie and was referenced in more than 1,300 news articles.'

Tiger Woods's baby, Sam Alexis, was fifth, beating fellow sports tot Cruz Beckham, 3, who came sixth.

In seventh place was Matilda Rose Ledger, 3, daughter of the late Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams, while Madonna's adopted son from Malawi, David Banda, 3, also made the list in eighth position.

Britney and Kevin's first son Sean Preston Federline, 3, and Charlie Sheen's first daughter with Denise Richards, Sam, 4, come in ninth and tenth.
