Amy Winehouse calls in lawyers to protect fortune

Blake Fielder-Civil was only released from prison last week, but Amy Winehouse has already reportedly called in lawyers to safeguard her fortune from him.

The star's dad, Mitch, reportedly saw a legal team last week to 'ring-fence' her money against her husband.

According to the Mirror, a source close to Amy said talks were 'constructive' and added: 'There was panic in her team that Blake could get access to Amy’s money.

'That cannot be allowed to happen. Mitch is leading the way but Amy is fully aware of what is happening.'

So, does this mean the pair are heading for splitsville?

The singer stood by her man when he was given 27 months' jail time for GBH and attempting to pervert the course of justice.

But the Mirror reported at the weekend that Amy is considering ending her relationship after Blake allegedly leaked details of their marriage for cash to buy drugs in jail.

Fielder-Civil, 26, was freed last week and is in a Surrey rehab clinic. A pal said Amy might go to see him but added: 'She’s seeing the light.'
