Guy Ritchie has reportedly turned down a massive £20 million settlement offer from Madonna, as the pair continue to battle out the conditions of their divorce.

The news comes today after The Sun reported that Madonna allegedly made Guy sign a marriage contract, stating that he must not shout at his wife, and had to arrange time for sex.

The list of rules was apparently the result of marriage counselling, which they undertook two years ago, when cracks started to appear in their then six-year union.

The newspaper claims that the document even gave instruction of how Guy must behave if they did have an argument, including which word he should use, telling him to 'state calmly: I understand that my actions have upset you, please work with me to resolve this.'

The estranged couple are now said to be feuding over their children, Rocco, eight, and three-year-old David, who they adopted together last year.

Madonna reportedly wants the two boys to live in New York, whereas Guy wants them to be educated in London.

The split is rumoured to have become increasingly acrimonious, with claims that the couple are now only speaking through their respective lawyers.

So another rich and spoiled couple divorce. We have heard it all before. More money than sense -certainly in the case of Madonna. Money breeds power. She is using it to gain the upper hand in their sham of a marriage/divorce.
I hope Guy Ritchie has learnt a few lessons and will find happiness elsewhere. He has apparently not had much happiness living with a (allegedly) control freak!!!!!

How can any marriage work when you have a marriage contract on do`s and don`t, it`s a pity these so called celebrities don`t put as much effort into the marriages and kids as they do there careers,Maybe then they could have a good marriage and be good parents. Madonna is just a spoilt child in a freaks body sorry can`t say woman`s body because that is not normal. Guy needs to thank his lucky stars he has got out of her wierd world and i hope he is able to get his kids off her so they can have some kind of stablity maybe not alot but at least it would be better with Guy instead of Madonna.

helllooo! its from an agreement they made two years ago in counselling, 6 years after they got married its hardly a marriage contract 6 years after the wedding doh!Honestly, more deia making drama from nothing.
They are guidance pledges any couple would try to do to get their wedding back on track. Honestly, how do people care so much about people they dont even know, i dont get it.
