Jennifer Aniston enjoys date with Gerard Butler

Jennifer Aniston is one lucky lady: not only is she rumoured to have been enjoying dates with her old flame, John Mayer, but she's also been spotted out with Scottish hunk Gerard Butler.

The former Friends star seems to be keeping her options open (and why not?), and was seen having dinner this week with 300 star Gerard.

The pair have been linked before after US reports suggested they enjoyed a night of smooching during the Toronto Film Festival. Gerard denied they were romantically linked at the time, but this week the couple were seen dining together at LA eaterie the Tower Bar, less than a week after Jen enjoyed dinner with John at the same venue.

A source told the New York Post: 'Jennifer and Gerard were very affectionate to each other. There was another man at the table, but he looked like he was a chaperone - or just there to stop tongues wagging. They basically ignored him.'

Well, who said a single girl has to put all her eggs in one basket?
