Could Lynne Spears be planning to make Britney: the Movie?

It is rumoured that Mrs Spears is planning to turn her tell-all book on Britney's life into a film.

The memoir, Through The Storm, chronicled the Toxic singer's downfall, and her descent into drink and drugs, which culminated in her very public breakdown. It also featured details of Britney's relationships with Justin Timberlake and ex-husband Kevin Federline.

Now the Daily Star reports that Lynne is courting movie studios. A source claims, 'She's pitching the book around to studios. She even says she wants Julia Roberts to play her. It's insane!'

And who will play the lead? Rumours are circulating that actress Anna Faris has been approached to take on the role of Britney.

The explosive memoir controversially detailed intimate access of the singer's life, with Mrs Spears revealing that her daughter began drinking at 13, lost her virginity at 14 and was taking drugs by her 15th birthday.
