Robbie Williams fans get excited: the former Take That star is set to emerge from his ‘career vacation’ to release another album next year.

The Angels singer has been somewhat absent from the public eye since his last album, Rudebox, was critically panned.

But Robbie’s been hard at work on new material at his LA home, and is reportedly set to release a new album next year.

According to Perez Hilton, Tim Clark, who works with Williams, said: ‘He's been writing and we heard some wonderful stuff. I was with Robbie last week. He was at home and he was writing songs and he played some of them to us.’

It'll take some doing to beat his former band, Take That's, phenomenal comeback this year.

I can't believe yesterday that u said quote "robbie is going back too his Manchester roots" He's from Stoke!!! And how can u compare him to Ian Brown!!! Ian Brown is a musician, Robbie is a media puppet!!!!!!!!
