Ronnie Wood underwent a four-hour meeting with lawyers yesterday – and it is alleged he was trying to determine what he stands to lose if he divorces wife Jo Wood.

The Rolling Stone's 23-year marriage looks increasingly doomed as Ronnie is apparently determined to stay with new love, Russian Ekaterina Ivanova.

Jo is reportedly devastated over the affair, and sent her own solicitor for talks at the same Covent Garden office a couple of days before.

A legal insider told The Sun: 'Jo still hopes he will come back.

'Ronnie is adamant he wants to be with Ekaterina permanently. He met his lawyers to work out what he stands to lose.'

Ekaterina has vowed she wants to wed the 61-year-old rocker, worth £40 million.

Ronnie's legal firm is the same one Mick Jagger consulted when he divorced Jerry Hall. The lothario had to pay out £7 million, as well as handing over a £6 million house.

Meanwhile, Jo Wood last night put her woes behind her to enjoy a night out on the tiles with party princess Kate Moss.

What is up with these over-aged rockers trying to act like kids again, he is in love with a child young enough to be his grandaughter. How sad but it proves years and years of drug and booze will keep you from maturing into an adult. Ron as a Stones fan I feel sorry for you in some ways (Hanging with Keith did not help your problems) But it is time to grow up!
