Heather Mills sues PR rep

Heather Mills is suing her former publicist for £250,000 for breach of confidence.

Sir Paul McCartney's ex-wife filed the lawsuit after the News of the World published the first extract in a series of articles from PR Michele Elyzabeth about her time working with Mills.

The pair split acrimoniously earlier this year, with Mills claiming she sacked Elyzabeth and Elyzabeth claiming she resigned because her employer was simply impossible to work for.

In the News of the World piece, Elyzabeth said Mills had 'no heart' and claimed she was obsessed with money and fame.

The case is due to be heard within eight weeks.

Interesting. She sues the publicist but not those who branded her a prostitute? Everything this woman does just invites more questions. Apparently, Ms Elyzabeth doesn't know that she has been sued! I just pray for Heather's sake that there are no witnesses to back up Ms Elyzabeth otherwise Heather will be in trouble when the case gets into the courtroom. And I hope Ms Elyzabeth goes for a public hearing so that details are not kept confidential.

She just can't help herself can she. You can imagine her sitting down for breakfast thinking 'oh I haven't been in the papers for about a week now, what can I do? Oh I know, I'll sue someone just for the hell of it. That'll get me some publicity, and maybe some more money!'
That woman has issues!
