To be honest she should have never been with a married man whether Getty & wife was getting on or not she should not have gone there! Serves her right she knows what the paps like to do in this situation. I have no time for people who wrecks marriages.

Can't say I have much sympathy for her. Firstly she is an actress and secondly she has brought this onto her self. If she wasn't involved in such a high profile relationship the paps wouldn't be hounding her. If she stopped changing boyfriends so often - it wouldn't be such a big deal. Anyway she gets paid enough to put up with the hassle.

I think this hounding of someone till they breakdown is terrible, this is exactly what the pap wanted her to do and it's disgusting. It's not great what she's done but no-ones perfect and she must have had feelings for the chappy. I think all countries should ban the papparazi like monaco!

She's happy to have the press attention when its all "isn't she amazing" - it works both ways so live with it. Agree, police shouldn't be wasting time with this, she can pay for her own security if she's that worried. Nobody to blame but herself.

Has no one thought that its Getty everyone should be having a go at if they MUST get involved? It was him who was married to his wife, NOT Sienna, it was him who had 4 children with his wife, NOT Sienna.
Are we really saying here that men have no control over themselves and she is some kind of witch?!
I don't think so. I like to think my boyfriend would be 'able to resist her', and if not, then it would be him who hurt me, NOT her.

Sienna doesn't deserve to be hounded like this. It's her personal choice who she chooses to see in her personal life. The media need to take a step back. Haven't the media learnt any lessons since Princess Diana's death? I feel sorry for Sienna.

I'm sorry but she brought it on herself - if her Balthazar respected his wife, kids, or his new lover - he would have said and done something by now - but he's drowning in all the "glory" of the media in order to appraise his acting career out of this! Who ever had heard of him before Sienna came along? And as for Sienna, come on, you've been here plenty of times before, if you go for men like these, you are going to get burned. What was wrong with Rhys? Why do you keep going after actors if that's how you treat them, it's obvious 2 inflated egos do not go well together, find yourself a nice plumber or builder, he'll idolize you!!!

Whatever you think about the affair the fact is she's not the one who was married. Why aren't the press hounding Getty in the same way? He's a grown man, nobody forced him to cheat on his wife.

I agree that this is yet another example of the double standards. She was not married and she believed him... so if anyone should be hounded and vilified its him but quite honestly marriages break up and people move on and is it not a little foolish to be making such a public furore over what should be a private failing. Do we really care... no, so by us all talking about it and reading about it we just feed the paparazzi... hang on a minute just what am I doing...

Miss Miller deserves all she gets, she broke up the marriage, not because of what I read in the papers but what I saw with my own eyes. Mr and Mrs Getty together at the opening night of the LA antiques show on the 23RD OF APRIL 2008, IN MAY SHE STARTED AFFAIR WITH GETTY. No 6 months on friends sofa. If you make a mistake don't lie about it in the press. I blame Mr Getty as well, but she knew he was married, now take the consequences.

The thing is no one knows what the deal is yet - whether he was cheating on his wife, or not, whether Sienna believed he was single, or not. Yes, she's an actress and yes, she's in LA, but the girl surely has a right to have SOME kind of private life. it's not like she's courting publicity by going to fill up her car.

She deserves to suffer the repercussions of her latest conquest!! Has she forgtten how she felt when Jude slept with the Nanny? Getty's poor wife must be feeling 10 times worse. She should have stepped away at the first mention of a young baby and if Getty did leave his wife then surely she could have waited 6 months before she pounced.

This really angers me - she is SINGLE, he is married. Why does nobody give men the responsibility of keeping their trousers on. You can't choose who you fall in love with, it was up to him if he was so in love and such a family man to be faithful to his wife. She can do what she wants.

Courts publicity by cavorting semi naked on holiday with married man - and doesn't complain when she's photographed, but when it interrupts her day, then she starts whining? This woman is beyond belief - she should get real and maybe start to forge a career she can be remembered for, rather than a reputation for being a rubbish actress and just a bit trashy.
