Despite some reports to the contrary, new pictures of Sienna Miller enjoying lunch with her billionaire boyfriend Balthazar Getty confirm the pair are still very much an item.

Getty and Sienna were joined by Jerry Bruckheimer – producer of blockbuster Hollywood movies like the Pirates of the Caribbean series, Pearl Harbour and Black Hawk Down – and his wife Linda at Taverna Tony's in Malibu.

The lunch could be beneficial to Sienna considering British tabloid reports that her career may be in danger of suffering because of her turbulent love life.

The Daily Mail has reported the release of Sienna's latest movie, Hippie Hippie Shake, has been postponed until the storm around her private life subsides.

Although Universal are insisting the movie was 'always slated for release in 2009', one Hollywood insider told the paper: 'Hippie Hippie Shake has been delayed until next spring at the earliest.

'The original plan was definitely to release it this year – the date was in all the trade magazines.

'One of the main reasons for the delay is Sienna’s love life.

'The studios hope the coverage will have died down by the spring.’

But what we want to know is: why is Sienna receiving all the bad press? It is not her, after all, who is married with four children. The press has a history of giving women a bad name – and letting the errant husband off scot-free.

According to reports, Sienna has begged Balthazar to clear her name of 'home-wrecking', but, surely, it was Balthazar's decision to walk away from Rosetta and his children, and that decision and responsibility ultimately lies with him.

Sienna may have made some questionable choices, but why is it her career that is under threat – and not his?

jerry bruckheimer obviously thinks cheating on your wife and disrepecting the mother of your children is o.k. is mr bruckheimer not bothered about the children in this sad affair.

As the saying goes, it takes 2 to tango. Although Balthazar decided to pursue the affair with Sienna, she still probably enticed and encouraged it - knowing full well he was married. As she has done it before with Jude Law, is it any wonder people see her as the home-wrecker? When you are in the public eye because of your personal life and not your work, wouldn't you stop and question what was going on? Unless, of course, you actually enjoy the media coverage, bad or not. Sienna's actions seem to be that of, what society calls, a social climber. She wants to break into the States - couldn't do it with Jude, so goes for Balthazar who is currently in a great tv show. It seems like she keeps going for the man with the current high profile.
She is not entirely innocent in all this and like Kate Moss, "needs to grow up and stop behaving like a 17 year old".

Yes, Getty is obviously too spineless to speak to his wife openly, but the point that's being missed here is that it isn't the first time she's trundled off with someone in a relationship, having set her sights on them. The woman is totally and utterly oblivious to anyone's feelings, other than her own... it's about time she realised the world does NOT revolve around one Ms S Miller.

We don't know what has truly happened so why don't all keep our trap's shut.
Yes, it is bad for the children, but living with parents who don't want each other is also, I know this first hand!

i think you're missing the point Karin, Sienna was SINGLE without dependents but fell for somone who has a high profile. Leave the girl alone, its not her fault her every move is played out for the world to see

At the end of the day, if single women would just realise, that married men are off limits, there would be far less heartache for everyone. Just don't go there until the guy is Divorced!

I agree with heiditr and the article. Women are always the ones to be blamed (remember 'wicked' Angelina Jolie 'stealing' Brad Pitt, who was presumably defenceless and had no choice in the matter, poor lamb)? I do think Sienna should know better and have a bit more decency than to take up with a married man, but she's not the one with a spouse and kids. Getty deserves more of the heat than she does. If anyone's image and career is to be ruined over this, rightfully it should be his.

Sienna was NOT single at the time she started seeing Balthazar Getty, she was still dating Rhys Ifans, and this is not the first marriage she has wrecked. In fact some of her friends have reportedly said that she enjoys the power of being able to take a man away from another woman. This IS a sad affair and she is the instigator of it!

It's called enabling. Sienna is a shallow narcissist who think that a marriage in trouble is a marriage over. He was in the dog house cause he was using not because they were separated. She might understand when he od's on her bed.

I take a particular disliking to both adulterers and to people who involve themselves single or not with married people. Primarily because the repercussions of their actions hurt and scar in more ways than they could've been bothered to think about. I would know. People always say things like "It's not their fault, they just fell in love, they couldn't help it." Wrong. There is a distinct window of opportunity where you get a stupid thought in your head and you use a little bit of self control, a lot compassion and consideration for parties other than your sex organs that could get hurt by your actions, to dismiss that thought. It doesn't just happen. You think on it, entertain it, then act on it. Should her reputation be on the line? Absolutely. Should his? No doubt.

Sienna hooked up with a married man, Jude Law and has come across as "that type" for such a long time and she gives out that vibe; she is also not in relationships very long and wonder whether she undeliberately does this to keep herself in the hype/media rather than actually concentrating on acting and good films which would then receive good reviews hopefully because of her talent and not jeopardise her love life and obviously good film companies money....

I agree with the author of this feature - why is it Sienna who's getting all the grief? It takes two to tango, and I strongly believe that if his marriage was as strong as a marriage should be, neither Sienna nor any other beauty in the world could seduce him and pull him away from his family... I do feel for Sienna - she fell in love with a man with some baggage, which is hard enough, but she also has to deal with all this dreadful press. My heart well and truly goes out to her.
