Sienna Miller has been left heartbroken and in tears after reportedly being dumped by Balthazar Getty – just three weeks after she was pictured frolicking topless with him on a yacht.

According to the Daily Mail, Sienna has been left red-faced after Getty – heir to a £2.5 billion oil fortune – left her in New York and flew to Los Angeles for a reconciliation with his wife, Rosetta Getty.

Sources close to the couple say he told Sienna that he had to return for work and to see his four children.

But it is understood that Rosetta, Getty's wife of eight years, has agreed to take him back.

Balthazar and Sienna drew gasps when they were pictured just three weeks ago snogging and flirting on holiday on the Amalfi Coast, where they stayed at his family's holiday home.

But now, according to reports, his 38-year-old wife had been persuaded to allow him back into their home after several days of pleading.

A former drug addict and alcoholic, Getty still receives counselling and friends believe his infatuation with Miller began after he started drinking again and stopped attending counselling sessions.

Getty confirmed two weeks ago that he had split from his wife. Since then, he has reportedly had a change of heart after allegedly bombarding Rosetta with apologetic emails.

Sienna has received criticism in the press for dating a married father of four, with some critics even suggesting her coloured love life may even affect her wishes to be taken seriously as an actress.

Meanwhile, Rosetta, who runs her own fashion house, is said to be a powerful influence in Hollywood, with friends including Demi Moore, Courteney Cox and Patricia Arquette.

It seems some women never learn, if a man walks out with four children, your just a passing bit of fun, men like that make me sick,women should realise, the wife will have this hold, and they always return. Sienna should look for someone without baggage.

Good. What do you mean Vicki "the whole world thinks its Sienna fault because she is woman"? I certainly don't far from it. She's just the kind of person who is selfish, loves being in the lime light for no reason and goes out to get something because she can - preys on married men. There are plenty of men who do the same thing! She has made that reputation for herself and fuels it by repeating the same act. She deserves to be hurt...she's hurt others!! Same if it was man or woman. He's just as bad!

Sienna is a femme fatale - she deserves everything she gets!!! How can she do this to another married woman with 4 children? She can because women like her (floozies) think they are all too powerful but in reality - the man will always gets a conscience and most likely would not be able to perform!!!! They have to be really callous - the both of them - not to think of the children - if not the betrayed wife- whilst indulging themselves!!! My own husband was snared by a floozy wife of our friend - we were married 32 years and pretty comfortable, mortgage paid, kids flown the nest - and now 7 years on - they have their own mortgage, struggling, my ex is ill with a medical condition she didn't know he had since 1993 - and in short - they have their just desserts - karma - what goes around comes around!!! I'm with a good widower - my own age - and we just have loads of holidays - and are secure!!! Something (holidays and security) I never enjoyed with my husband - how floozy must hate that!!!!
