Britney to appear in Madonna tour

Britney Spears' career is set to receive a much-needed boost after Madonna asked her to appear in her forthcoming Sticky & Sweet tour.

However, don't expect a repeat of their infamous MTV on-stage kiss, Britney will only be appearing virtually.

'Britney is going to film something for Madonna's show in the next week or so,' Madge's rep, Liz Rosenberg, told People.com.

Exactly what they're filming no one knows – and if they do, they're not saying.

'It's a secret,' is all Rosenberg would say.
