Jen and John's Mexican wave

Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer's relationship is going from hot to hotter - last weekend the pair jetted off to Mexico for some fun in the sun.

The new couple, who first stepped out in public in April, took off for Mexico's sunny shores on Friday, and are staying at the luxurious beachfront home of Girls Gone Wild mogul Joe Francis, in Punta Mita.

The house is a hotspot for the stars, with the likes of Demi Moore celebrating her 45th birthday there. And it's not the first time Aniston has visited, either. She took her former boyfriend Vince Vaughn there, and also holidayed here with pal Orlando Bloom.

This time around, the couple and a group of friends spent time soaking up the sun on the beachfront patio.

An onlooker said of the pair: 'Jen spent time laying out on the loungers on the patio. John was always around, standing by her, making sure she was comfortable.'

Sounds like bliss.

I love Jen too! I just wished that the tabloids will stop this rivalry with Angelina. Jennifer is certainly happy with her life and hope that the tabloids will just let her be enjoy her life with John Mayer. I pray for your happiness Jennifer!

I'm so glad to finally read a happy article about Jennifer Aniston, she deserves a bit of a happiness in her life. Unlike some celebrities she doesn't crave the limelight and seems to be really down to earth. You go Jen!! She's one of my all time idols. xxxx
