Coldplay's Chris Martin says he still worries about wife Gwyneth Paltrow's relationship with Brad Pit.

'You've got to be hungry,' the singer admitted to Rolling Stone magazine. 'If your wife went out with Brad Pitt, you'd want to prove yourself, you know what I mean?'

Chris says the only serious relationship he's ever had has been with Gwyneth - 'Is that weird? I don't think it's that weird.' – but also confesses he did wonder whether he was gay when he was growing up.

'It was more like, "Oh s***, what if?", because he was brought up to think it was wrong.

'But then it struck me: who gives a s**t? And then it wasn't a problem.

'It sounds silly to say it now, but when you're a kid you think, "I'm going to burn in hell for eternity if I like other guys or if I marry someone Jewish".'

But the thing that swung it for him? 'Boob,' he says.

'Let's face it, they're fantastic!'

In fact, the only real reason he had such bad luck with girls until he met his future wife, was they all wanted to be his friend - and nothing else.

'I had a tricky time with girls,' he said.

'I got trapped in the friendship tip many, many times.

'I don't want to be the person that makes everyone laugh before they go off and bang. I want to be the guy that everybody bangs.'
