Why George dumped Sarah

Not shallow at all of George, quite the opposite! If he had insisted she have a boob job then that would have been shallow! Sometimes poor men just cannot win. Men like women who are happy in their own skin, fat or thin, big boobs, small boobs. Maybe that is what George is looking for and seldom finding amongst the vain, body obsessed women in his circle.
"Now that she's famous, she'd never go back to cocktailing" Seems she got quite a lot out of the relationship with George! She will not be famous for long unless she finds another unwitting celeb's arm to cling on. Give me a break!

Hmmmmm, real doll or a silicon implant?? I think women are now competing with real dolls!
Real dolls are sold for their silicon bodies and it would appear that the human form of real dolls are implanting themselves with silicon so that they can sell their bodies as well.
I have a feeling that after selling her body to playboy she will try her hand at the mainstream movie game and fail miserably.

Good for George, he obviously prefers 'real' women. We all have imperfections male & female, isn't that what makes us all individuals in our right & not clones as more people seem to be appearing as.

If this story is correct (as we all know they have to be taken with a gallon of salt) it was probably more to do with the principal of the operation. She wanted to do it, he asked her not to, she then did it anyway and made him feel like he couldn't trust her. If that is the true story of events! In my opinion people need to decide for themselves what they want to do with their own bodies but you would still have to consider partners etc views on the issue. He probably was concerned for her health and she seemed to show a blatant disregard for those concerns. Possibly. No one knows the true story though!

Seems like Sarah got exactly what she wanted. Loads of publicity for being with George and a public rift because she's too shallow to be content with that. I can quite understand George not wanting her to have a boob job: they're dangerous and he was with her because he liked her as she was.
Too many people use celebrities to become infamous and this is just another example. If anyone should feel aggrieved it's George, he seems to have given her far more than she deserved. Letting her stay at his place after surgery did not amount to approving of her actions.
I say three cheers for George for going out with someone he liked and didn't want to change into an ideal woman.

Poor George he does not want fake boobs; she should have dropped the idea immediately. She was in a relationship hence joint agreements and negotiation.
George definitely likes it real. Am available please someone tell him! Now we can all see that Sarah Larson was a just looking for fame and publicity. I hope the playboy exposure helps with maintain on the surgery, it’s going to cost her!

George is hardly shallow. Has he made bad choices? Yes. Why would he be surprised (if he was) at her wanting to get implants. She was a Las Vegas cocktail waitress, not a neurosurgeon. Like someone said on another website somewhere .. wait for the reality show ...

I think George is right, too many people spend too much money on self improvement, why can't they see its just vanity and a need for attention! Oh and if George is looking for someone new I am available and un-touched by the cosmetic knife!!

I do not think George woke up one morning after her job and said "damn that woman has fake boobs, I can't take it, get out!" PLEASE. It is just a bunch of BS. However, the rift was probably more to the tune of her lies and her need to get the spot light. Obviously since she and her girlfriends are talking to trash mags. She is desperate to keep her trashy self in the media. Getting a boob job, posing for Playboy, posing in a "big" lingerie shoot (what Fredricks? Are you wearing panties? Because it seems from your public pictures that you don't own any.) She is just a simple publicity fan and is taking all she can get from her few minutes of fame with George. George got taken for a ride and burned. However, Sarah has no idea what she is doing to herself and she will be crying soon.
