Agyness Deyn is set to add movie star to her ever-growing resumé.

First she tries her hand at being a supermodel - she's the face of Burberry - then she turns her attention to a singing career, and now Agyness is all set to become an actress, too.

The Northern lass will star in a film titled The Right Side Of My Exultant Brain, alongside Dustin Hoffman's son Jake. The flick was co-written by Alanna Masterson, who plays in Agyness's newly-formed band Gene Jacket.

Agyness says of the venture: 'It's the first time I've actually had to speak.

'I kind of feel like a fish out of water and I'm finding a big pond to swim in.

'But I like opening up different channels and keeping myself interested.'

The model also lends her vocals to the latest single by US indie band Five O'Clock Heroes.
