M&S's Patricia Field range

Want a slice of the Sex and the City girls' sassy New York style? You're in luck. The show's legendary stylist is launching a one-off clothing range with our very own high street giant Marks & Spencer.

Described by Field as 'Destination Style New York', the range - set to hit stores and online in October - will feature 35 trend-focused 'luxury' pieces with a nod to high-octane glamour. The main onus is on to-die-for dresses, but the range will also comprise of a capsule collection of tops, trousers and accessories.

Field says of the collaboration: 'I really wanted to get involved with a brand who really understood women of all ages and who would work closely with me to develop the range in a way that was right for them. I have conceptualised the line as Destination Style New York and it consists of iconic womenswear including matching accessories. I like to see it as an expression of my philosophy of 'the democratisation of luxury'.'

Neil Hendy, head of design for womenswear, added: 'It's a very eclectic and glamorous range and represents Patricia Field's style. It's a great collaboration for M - she's a big name to be working with.'

And we can't wait to snap-up her sure-to-be fabulous frocks.
