Ashlee Simpson marries Pete Wendz

Ashlee Simpson has married boyfriend Pete Wendz and apparently confirmed her pregnancy, all on the same day.

The couple exchanged vows on Saturday night, in the garden of Ashlee's parents, Joe and Tina Simpson, in a 'magical and beautiful' affair (according to one guest), which came complete with an Alice in Wonderland theme.

Ashlee wore a gown by celebrity-favourite Monique Lhuillier, while her bridesmaids wore Vera Wang.

'She managed to hide her pregnancy pretty well,' a guest told E! 'She really didn't look pregnant.'

Dancing took place after dinner and speeches and the only drama occurred with Ashlee lost one of her diamond earrings.

'Pete got on the mic and told everyone to look for the earrings,' says the guest. 'He said they cost more than the entire wedding!'
