Britney Spears is pregnant again - and Kevin Federline's the father, well, that's what gossips in America are claiming.

Following pictures of Britney on the beach with a suspiciously large tum, Popcrunch.com has today run a story claiming the singer is not only expecting her third child, but that the father is none other than ex-husband Kevin.

'Brit's desperate for a baby girl and she always wanted Kevin to be the daddy,' claims one 'insider'.

'She wants her daughter to have the same father as her sons and for them all to be one happy family.'

However, before any of us rush to any conclusions, Britney's rep says none of the stories are true.

'I want to make completely clear that Britney is not pregnant. There's not going to be a statement – she's just not,' a spokeswoman said on Friday.

The last i heard was that she didn't want her kids back so what are we to think about this rumour ?? She couldn't be that mad surely after all she's been through lately. Wasn't long ago they were going through custody battles and she was being sectioned to to her mental state. Maybe one day she will have another one but at the moment it is not the best time to be thinking of another pregnancy. She is still very young and has plenty of time to try n straighten her life out what with her erratic behaviour and custody of the kids she has and her erratic spending habits. She just needs to be brought down to reality a bit more and to mature a bit more. I feel a little sorry for her tho cos it is tough all that she's been through.

I think it’s time we left poor Britney alone! She’s only young herself and people have criticised her for long enough! Yes, she’s made many mistakes but haven’t we all? Whether she’s pregnant or not, it’s nothing to do with anyone else. She’s just put on a few pounds it doesn’t look like pregnancy tummy! Most of what she’s done -behaviour wise - is what the majority of people do on a day-to-day basis but because she’s in the public it’s going to be written about.

I think that we all make mistakes in our lives and just because Britney is a pop princess, doesn't mean she's perfect. She's always just been on t.v for w while or around but since she has been going through a rough time with both her personal life and with the press hounding her to the ends of the earth. I have decided to give her my support from afar and I now buy everything Britney, I feel she just needs some help from her friends, after all if she lived in a 3 bed semi, she would have the divorce settled and be back on track with her life again. I'm sure her friends will rally around, and stop saying, "I told you so" about the past. I feel that she just needs some me time and to be given a little space from the press.
