Kate and Owen engaged?

They've had an on-again, off-again relationship for the last couple of years, but it seems golden couple Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson are definitely on-again - and planning to marry.

The couple broke up in May last year, with Kate reportedly blaming Owen's lack of commitment.

The Wedding Crashers actor attempted to commit suicide months after, allegedly slashing his wrists and taking an overdose.

However, the couple got back together in March this year - and Kate was this weekend spotted wearing a whopping engagement ring.

A pal told the News of the World: 'Kate supported Owen during his low patch and that proved to him she’s the woman he wants to be with for ever.

'He picked out the ring and went for the biggest one he could find. He was nervous about proposing but Kate was thrilled and the whole thing was really emotional.

'The engagement is a natural step forward for them both and Kate’s ecstatic.'

No idea what her problem is - why is marriage so important to her - she didn't exactly stick to her vows first time round - didn't she have an affair with Owen wilson while she was still married?!...What a pair of saddos
