Kate Moss on the Jurassic Park Boat Ride in LA

Kate Moss (or should it be Mess?), forgot her Queen of Fashion title as she let her hair down on holiday with friends and her daughter, Lila Grace, and donned an unsightly yellow cape - but it was all in the name of fun.

The supermodel wore the mac on the Jurassic Park Boat Ride at LA's Universal Studios – and got a soaking in the process.

Moss landed in the US last week with Lila Grace and a group of friends including Jade Davidson, the sister of Sadie Frost, and her hairdresser James Brown.

It's a good job Brown was on hand to tend to those water-drenched tresses but, by the looks of things, carefree Kate wasn't too fussed if her fringe was out of place.

Little Lila had to sit this thrill ride out, but Kate's certainly making the most of her break from her usual late-night London lifestyle.
