New pictures of Helena Christensen holding hands and kissing singer Paul Banks may finally put paid to rumours of an on-off romance with A-list hottie Josh Hartnett.

The trendy supermodel was spotted getting cosy with the Interpol frontman on Wednesday night at the launch of Tocca Vintage at Butik - her store in New York's West Village.

Although the model refused to spill the beans about her mystery man, she reportedly made it quite clear they were an item.

She told People: 'I don't talk about my private life, I've learned from all the other very smart artists out there.'

But the stunning star obviously wasn't too worried about hiding it from the cameras.

She says she has been dating someone "quietly" for six months. Hey Helena, showing up at every Interpol show like a groupie, dragging you boy toy to fashion week and clinging to him like a cheap suit doesn't add up to "quietly."
