Olsen twins publish coffee table book

Not content with acting or their fashion icon status, the Olsen twins have now turned their hand to literature, releasing a coffee table book.



The multi-million dollar pair have called on all their celebrity pals to feature in the fashion book, entitled Influence.



Ashley Olsen has described the new endeavour saying the book will include 'the most interesting, challenging, creative people we know - the ones who helped pave the way for us and our generation.' Artists and designers such as Bob Colacello, Terry Richardson and Jack Pierson have all been named as contributors.



According to their publisher, Penguin, the book will feature 'exclusive photographs of Ashley and Mary-Kate from world renowned photographer Rankin, and a wide variety of other never-before-seen materials and interviews from Mary-Kate and Ashley's personal collections.'



Mary-Kate Olsen said of the project: 'Ashley and I interviewed the people who have inspired us, with the hope that they will inspire and teach others.'
