Britney Spears’ father, Jamie, will remain co-conservator of her £100 million estate after a judge rejected a civil rights challenge to the case.

US District Judge Philip Gutierrez returned the case to state probate court and sent a rebuke to the lawyer who launched the challenge, Jon Eardley.

Judge Gutierrez explained that the state court still feel that the singer is not capable of controlling her legal team and affairs – and her ‘lawyer’ Eardley is not authorised to challenge the decision.

‘Mr. Eardley fails to explain why he can bring this claim for her in the first instance. He cannot,’ Gutierrez said in his three-page ruling.

‘Mr. Eardley had no authority to remove the case from state court. He is neither a party nor a defendant. While he claims to be Ms. Spears' attorney, the probate court ... found that she was incapable of retaining her own counsel.’

The ruling was a victory for Jamie Spears - and the other temporary co-conservator, attorney Andrew Wallet - who called Eardley's move ‘a brazen – but vain – attempt to strip a probate court of jurisdiction... by an attorney without a client.’

Drugged, and mugged with Psych med's. The new icepick in the brain (lobotomy). The ACLU should be all over this. Britney's psychiatrist poisoned her with psych med's through tricking her care taker to medicate her with some medication poisons. Then the hospital psychiatrists, Britney's family, and the courts used Britney's mental impairments caused by their poisoning of her to strip Britney of all her civil rights. Just review the videos, and other records made at the time.

If the Federal court lets this outrageous violation of Britney's civil rights stand. The court will be sanctioning the drugging, kidnapping, imprisonment, poisoning, torture, and seizure of property, assets, and personage of any US citizen by conspiracy's of psychiatrists, family, or others.
