Sam Lufti restraining order extended
A federal judge has extended Sam Lufti's restraining order preventing him from approaching Britney Spears and her family, it as been revealed.
The order, requested by Britney's dad Jamie, who is conservator of her £100 million estate, has been extended until 17 March.
The temporary restraining order, which forbids Lutfi from getting within 250 yards of Spears, her homes and her family's homes, alleges: 'Mr. Lutfi has drugged Britney. He has cut Britney's home phone line and removed her cell phone chargers. He claims to control everything.'
A hearing will be held on 17 March, when a decision will be made as to whether to extend the restraining order for a longer period of time.
Meanwhile, MTV has pulled the premiere of Britney's new Break the Ice music video, which was due to air on Monday.
On Wednesday, MTV.com profiled next weeks TRL show schedule, which included the following promo: '
and were going to snitch a look at Break the Ice, the next music video from a way-under-the-radar performer by the name of Britney Spears.'
The music network has since removed the blurb from its website and released a statement saying: 'The video is NOT premiering on Monday.'
And Britney Spears is not the only one making headlines - ex-hubby Kevin Federline has been cosying up to actress Selma Blair, say US reports.
In Touch Weekly claims Federline and Selma exchanged numbers backstage at the Marc Jacobs fashion show in NYC on 8 February .
'Selma went up to Kevin first to talk about Britney,' an insider tells the mag. 'Kevin didnt want to talk about Britney, though, so the conversation changed and took on a flirty tone.'

Any woman who would give Kevin Federline the time of day needs a brain transplant. What the **** is there about a creep who leaves the woman who is pregnant with their second child for someone else, then cheats on her and claims the kids - for the maintenance their mother will have to provide, I suspect - to make anyone think he's even worth peeing on if he was on fire??

Psych med's. The new icepick in the brain (lobotomy). The ACLU should be all over this. Britney's psychiatrist poisoned her with psych med's through tricking Britney's care taker Sam to medicate Britney on doctors orders with some medication poisons. Then the hospital psychiatrists, Britney's family, and the courts used Britney's mental impairments caused by their poisoning of her to strip Britney of all her civil rights. Just review the videos, and other records made at the time.
"It would be torture to give a powerful anti-psychotic drug to somebody who isn't even mentally ill. ... But here, it's happening on U.S. soil" (ACLU attorney Ahilan Arulanantham)
If the Federal court lets this outrageous violation of Britney's civil rights stand. The court will be sanctioning the drugging, kidnapping, imprisonment, poisoning, torture, and seizure of property, assets, and personage of any US citizen by conspiracy's of psychiatrists, family, or others.
Based, solely on the highly subjective opinion, and pseudo-science of biased unscrupulous psychiatrists. In concert with other conspirators. And this could happened to anyone. Especially anyone seeking mental health care. Or who had previously sought, or received mental health care. This is so unconstitutional it stinks.
