J-Lo baby pics sell for $6m

Jennifer Lopez has not even given birth yet, but pictures of her expected twins are already causing a magazine bidding frenzy.

People magazine are at the top of the bidding table and are reportedly prepared to pay out between $4 and $6 million for exclusive U.S. rights to the first photos of the A-lister's new arrivals.

The news may rile Christina Aguilera, who was only paid a mere $1 million recently for her first pictures of new son, Max.

Jennifer is due to give birth later this month and has already booked out a private hospital room at North Shore University Hospital on Long Island.

Earlier in her pregnancy, the star was spotted shopping for baby items in pairs, prompting speculation the singer was expecting twins. More recently, Jennifer's father let slip that his daughter is expecting twins, however Jennifer has never confirmed the news herself.

People magazine has denied that any deal on baby pictures is complete.
