Heidi Klum has said that she could help Britney Spears get her life together – by living at her family house.

The Project Runway star says Britney would be welcomed with open arms.

‘She can call me and come live in our house with us for a couple of months. I would help set her straight,’ Klum tells broadcaster ARD in an interview set to air today in her native country, Germany, the Associated Press reports.

‘I am sorry when a young person gets thrown so off track. She has, of course, lived an extremely wild life.’

Klum believes that the pop star could benefit from being in her stable household.

She added: ‘I have never been as happy as I am today,’ says Klum. ‘I have found the man of my life, and we have three great kids. They are all so different and fantastic that it really can't get better than this.’

Meanwhile, the man who claims to be Britney’s new lawyer, Jon Eardley, has lashed out at her father being named conservator of her estate, saying it is a violation of her civil rights.

Eardley filed a complaint in US District Court on behalf of Spears on Thursday, requesting the case be moved to a federal court.

He told People magazine: ‘I see the case as a civil rights case. ‘These are issues of confinement. Very serious confinement. Not allowed to contact her friends. Not allowed to use the phone. Not allowed to come and go as you please. Bodyguards controlling you and so forth.’

But many believe that Jamie Spears’ conservatorship is the best thing for the troubled star. It is rumoured that her dad has put her on a $60 dollar a day allowance after an IRS investigation revealed her $100 million fortune has whittled away to $40 million.

A Life & Style insider says: ‘Britney’s blown millions on private planes, hotel rooms, traveling, shopping and, of course, funding her entourage.
‘She gets $60 a day in cash. If she needs more, she has to make a special case for it. When Britney gets better, she’ll need her money, and Jamie wants her to have it.’

Legal experts say Eardley's complaint is unlikely to succeed. ‘It's not like the judge read papers filed by one side and made decisions without giving each side due process,’ says Loyola Law School Professor Stan Goldman, who is not involved in the case.

‘It would be quite surprising if the federal court granted a hearing on this,’ he adds, ‘and a total shocker if it ruled against the conservatorship.’

I think Britney's dad should be in control of her finances. He only has her best interests at heart and i think everybody else is just trying to cash in on her misfortunes. I feel really sorry for her but she needs to help herself theres only so much other people can do
