Gwen Stefani is pregnant with her second child.
Stefani and her husband Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale confirmed their happy news after visiting the Cedars-Sinai hospital in California.
The news that a brother or sister will join their one-year-old son Kingston is no surprise after the singer revealed last October that she was keen to expand their family.
'Obviously I'm in a race to have another one but I don't want to do it while I'm out on tour,' Stefani admitted.
