Final Potter movie split
By Carla Bevan on Tuesday 15 January 2008
The final Harry Potter film - Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – is to be released as two separate movies.
Film producers have decided there is so much information in the book it would be impossible to cram it into just one feature-length film.
Instead, fans will be able to see the fates of Harry, Ron and Hermione spread out over two films.
'There's so much to fit that the view is the last movie should be in two halves,' an insider confides. 'There is a huge battle when Harry, played by Daniel Radcliffe, takes on Voldemort that needs to be done really well.'

that is a great idea, wondering how it was going to be done-- good thinking!

What a fantastic idea! There is rather a lot to fit into one film and it's impossible to condense all the necessary information.
By the way, does nobody vet the comments for swearing on this site (ref comment by Gina Banks). There's no need for this language!!
