How to get into ...

Britney court fiasco

Britney Spears is bared from seeing her children 'indefinitely' after missing yet another custody hearing.

'The word victory is not something Mr Federline or his counsel would ascribe to this situation,' Britney's ex-husband's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told reporters yesterday.

'His hope is that he will be able to parent the children at some point in the future with participation from the mother.'

After missing the morning session of the court hearing, Britney did arrive at the afternoon session but left again just minutes later.

Surrounded by a scrum of photographers, she shouted: 'I'm scared. I want to get in the car. I'm going in the car.'

Police in the vicinity attempted to lure her back into the building, but she refused to be persuaded.

Had she hung around, she'd have heard five witnesses from the horrifying stand-off at her house earlier this month, including two policemen and Kevin Federline's bodyguard, testify to the judge.

The next trial in the ongoing case has been set for April, but in the meantime Preston and Jayden remain in the custody of their father.

Why dont the media just leave her alone and let her get on with trying to sort out her life with her children and also with the ex husband AS SHE CANT DO RIGHT FOR DOING WRONG .I DO NOT BELIEVE EVERYTHING THAT THE MEDIA WRITES IN MAGAZINES OR NEWSPAPERS ABOUT THE RICH AND FAMOUS.She is only human at the end of the day and we have all got faults whether its the rich or poor people.
