I think it's really sweet of Katie to congratulate Nicole, it's good that Tom and Nicole have stayed on friendly terms for the sake of their adopted children.

Kate grow up you have offended Nicole enough lately to last a life time, you sound like a petulant child .Tom if nothing else this behavior of Kate ,s over the last few weeks shows that you married a child not a woman , i thought more of you ,i had respect now i just wonder what is the matter with you cant you help stop Kate putting FOOT in mouth all the time

Kate you really should try growing up ,in the last 2 weeks you have been so offensive to Nicole its beyond belief first you have the arrogance to think its wonderful that Nicole and Tom's children call you mom ,now you say how wonderful it is that Nicole is expecting , grow up ,Tom its more than obvious you married Kate so you could create a adult in the design you required, well so far all you have shown the world is how lacking in respect for other peoples feelings Kate is or so naive that she should not be let lose with anybody's children that includes her own

Obviously I don't know Katie Holmes, so she could be being nice and genuine, but there was no need for her to openly say that Nicole's kids call Kat 'mom' - it's unnecessary visciousness!! It achieves nothing apart from making the public doubt her image of being a nice person! It will leave poor Nicole feeling awful even though I'm sure she's a brilliany mum!!
