Amy Winehouse

Amy Winehouse has ditched her trademark beehive and has opted for a new shorter platinum blonde style instead.

The troubled singer unveiled her look yesterday, and her spokesman commented, 'She wanted a new look for the New Year.'

Amy has recently returned to the UK after holidaying at Bryan Adam's Mustique villa. Her husband Blake is still incarcerated at Pentonville prison awaiting trial for perverting the course of justice.

To be fair, until she ditches the drugs, puts some weight on, smiles a bit, concentrates more on the brilliant talent she has, she's going to look like a rat pulled through 5 hedges backwards whatever colour dye she sticks her head into.

And I LIKE Amy Winehouse....!

Does it really matter? Whatever makes her feel better about herself has to be better for her life which is better for her future, which is better for music which is better for us all!

Its a good sign that Amy is taking an interest in her appearance. I hated that beehive mess...can't help wondering what gets stuck in it after an isect fly-by!
The best way to look better is to gain self respect, the rest will follow. No easy feat, I know, but she has so many people to support her. She is a very talented & lucky lady.m Time to get your head sorted Amy & the hair is just a start!

Although I prefer her with black hair(but not the beehive)I like Amy's new look, lets hope she progresses with getting rid of that awful eye make up, adding a few pounds and ditching that good-for-nothing husband of hers!

Its not about the style but how you carry it. Black or blonde... with her its always aggressive hair, overdone eye makeup... etc... As long as she'z makn' good music... all else is just riff raff to me and to the people who pay to listen to that!

It's not the colour of the hair she needs to worry about, it's getting her life back on track.

Amy, you have a raw talent, parents who love you and every reason to clean your act up!
